LONG TERM CARE

Our nurses in long-term care settings are involved in a variety of services designed to meet a person's health or personal care needs during a short or long period of time. We help residents live as independently and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own. We believe in providing holistic care to our clients by creating a unique and qualified care specifically designed for each individual.

Acute Care

Our nurses are involved with patients who have experienced severe illness or trauma, who require pre-and post-operative care, or other urgent medical conditions. Acute care nurses focus on improving a patient’s health with rapid intervention under time-sensitive conditions.

Palliative care

We have a team of nurses who will be there for your loved ones and provide the most extreme care of life, making the choice of passing with comfort and pain relief. Our nurses provide your loved ones palliative or End-of-life care either at home or nursing home and our goal is to respect the wishes, culture and religious belief while making passing comfortable, pain relief and reduced distress.

Community support care

We have a team of nurses and other healthcare providers who provide care to the clients in the community who require acute, chronic, palliative or rehabilitative support. Services include assessment and nursing interventions such as education, wound care, medication management, chronic disease management, care management, post-surgical care and palliative care.

One-on One care

We have a team of health personnels to assist you and your loved ones with private one -on-one care in making your daily living ease with comfort and conveniently there when you needs us.
